Make sure you're on a claude.ai tab with an active conversation open. If you're on the homepage or settings page there may be no data to display yet. Open a conversation and click the extension again.
Yes. Claude Pulse uses a live observer that watches for changes in the Claude interface and updates your display automatically as you chat — no manual refresh needed.
No. Claude Pulse is extremely lightweight. It only reads numbers already on the page and makes no network requests.
Anthropic may have updated the Claude.ai interface. Check for extension updates at chrome://extensions or report the issue using the contact form below.
Right-click the Claude Pulse icon → "Remove from Chrome" → Confirm. All local data is deleted automatically.
