Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Claude Pulse Chrome extension ("the Extension") and the claudepulse.cloud website ("the Site"), together referred to as "the Service." By installing the Extension or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing Claude Pulse or accessing claudepulse.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install the Extension or use the Site.
2. Description of Service
Claude Pulse is a free Google Chrome extension that reads usage data already displayed within the claude.ai web interface and presents it in a browser toolbar popup. The Service displays token counts, usage limits, burn rate estimates, and cost calculations to help users monitor their Claude.ai usage. The Service is provided free of charge.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code in ways that violate applicable law
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or organization
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Misrepresent the Service as being affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that usage numbers displayed will always match the values enforced by Anthropic.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Pulse and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service reads data from the claude.ai interface, which is operated by Anthropic. Claude Pulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic. Your use of claude.ai is subject to Anthropic's own terms of service and privacy policy. If Anthropic changes the Claude.ai interface, the Extension may temporarily display incorrect or missing data until updated.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Extension from Chrome. All locally stored data is deleted automatically on uninstall.
